During 2013-14 we designed and delivered a series of facilitated meetings and workshops to support the formation and development of the new NECs wider team, encompassing Centres in Gateshead, Durham and Middlesbrough. Before and during the commissioned work there was considerable change: i.e. restructuring of roles, new relationships and changes to work bases across the geography.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator was employed across the whole team of 40 staff. This provided a ‘common language’ for our sessions, exploring and valuing differences and recognizing strengths. MBTI was used (alongside other models and approaches) to understand preferences to communication, influence, working style and change.

A blend of theory and experiential learning was combined with an exploration of business issues, changing professional roles and priorities.

TBG continues to work with this client providing business and leadership  coaching to members of the senior team
